Iraq/Detroit comparison email. (Debunk Link?)

I know this stupid email is choked full of lies, I was wondering where I might find a line by line debunking of it. The email; I refer to is the one where the writer tries to draw comparison between the deaths in Iraq to the murders in Detroit. A link pointing me in the direction to it would be greatly appreciated.

2. It's just a ridiculous comparison.

I don't recall 90 US soldiers getting killed in Detroit last month. And was there a single car bomb? You'd think that that would have gotten on the news. Try snopes
