2. Did you look here?
There is always a list of links to progressive talk radio listed here at DU. As I recall, there are about six programs on when Springer is on AAR. I've listened to some of them when he goes off on a tangent about sex, and they are all good and quite different, but all progressive.

6. I download the mp3's of ...
Morning Sedition, Majority Report and Mike Malloy and listen to them during the day since I can't listen to any of them at their normal times. Springer is too annoying, and I need a break from Franken.

Go to http://www.airamericaplace.com/index.php .they have all the shows archived in mp3 format.

12. Young Turks on RadioPower.org
The are rebroadcast in the mornings on RadioPower.org.

They're interesting and feisty. Left, but not always politically correct.

There's also a number of interesting Publis Radio interview shows on in the morning. Sometimes poltical and news oriented, and otehr times cover otehr subjects. Dianne Rehm, Brian Leher (WNYC) and otehrs.

Or take a break and listen to some music. :)
