I've seen photos all over the place, and in various media (to be fair, mostly foreign media).

This is barbarism......and I don't want these folks tried under US law, because they will not be drawn before a US court for these specific crimes. I want them tried in the Hague, and I want the entire world, inside and outside of the US, to know what was done......and why.
