Am i the only one that didn't know Woodward talked to Fitzgerald and---

When Woodward was on Larry King the night before the indictment he kept saying "I don't thnk there is much there", was he bullshitting or did he think that whatever he discussed with Fitzgerald and or the grandjury would get Rove and Libby off the hook?

6. New grand jury?!!!!!!!!!!!

Again with the endless speculations on whose the dirtier bastard. My head is spinnning. WE all know Cheney is guitly of everything but getting anyone to go against Mr. Evil is the big question. (by the way Firedoglake speculations are actually running to Bolton's office)

Anyhoo-Woodward appeard before "grand jury" on Monday, November 14-that means this is a new grand jury??? That is my big WHOO HOO. But I don't see that followed up anywhere.

but Fitzgerald did say he could use an existing Grand Jury, just not the one that he used before.

it was a matter of giving a sworn statement to Fitzgerald (including answereing questions), rather than testifying to a grand jury. I could be wrong.

11. I believe I read that he testified at a two-hour deposition...

...which means he was under oath but not before any grand jurors. It's an investigatory or "discovery" tool.

9. Woodward didn't talk to Fitz 'til after the indictment.

He talked to him just this week because of something Fitz ws told on Nov 3 by a bushie - that's my understanding based on Woodward talks to Fitz.
