Here's another way the Wal*Mart prank could end up killing people.
Suppose there are so many carts around (because we all know this is a massive action of solidarity, and the people are all behind it...or probably not) and there's a fire in Wal*Mart...keep in mind it will be the busiest shopping day of the year...well, you will effectively be making it harder for people to escape having to maneuver with all that clutter.

That's why people shouldn't do this stupid prank, because it could end up costing people their lives.

Everybody could drop a quarter in the parking lot in one place to show numbers, to be split among employees that day.

2. Isn't this getting just a bit ridiculous now?
Look, I was never intending to do the stupid shit anyway. Frankly, if you want to "get" Walmart, DON'T FUCKING GO THERE AT ALL. And stop giving them free advertising by talking about them all the time.

What I can't take any more is this crazy pranking-Walmart-can-kill-people bullshit. More people are likely to die on the road TO a Walmart than are going to die because a few people fill some carts and abandon them in the aisles. Let's get sane again, shall we?

9. When wal-mart conscripts the greeters
to push all those carts back around the store to replace everything back from the cart and they suffer a heart attack in the process. Yeah, it could kill people.

4. But if there is a fire
Some people will seize the moment to loot Wal-Mart. And it would be so easy considering the carts are already filled. Just wheel them out and be on your way.

11. I could go either way on this. I can see how it would hurt Walmart more
than it would hurt it's workers. The workers will be kept busy no matter what. Walmart would just have to hire more workers to keep up with clearing the carts. It's going to be cluttered anyway. I don't see it as adding that much to the hazards of being in a Walmart during the shopping season. Still, it's not something I would do. I'd rather just avoid Walmart entirely.

12. The Allies should have NEVER fought the Axis in WW2.
Edited on Sat Nov-12-05 10:25 AM by TahitiNut
The vast majority of those we killed were soldiers that had no choice and civilians who were used as human shields. We should have marched along the borders with signs showing our disapproval!

We should NEVER attempt to behave belligerently against hostage-takers, since it can only cause harm to the hostages. Neighbors should keep their noses out of the private affairs of spousal abuse situation because it'll only cause greater harm to the spouse.

People should not only shop at Wal*Mart, we should take the time to help sweep the aisles and stock the shelves. After all it's the only way we can help those poor employees. If we fail to shop there, employees will get laid off and the remainder will be forced to work off-the-clock until at least half their time is unpaid.

We should boycott the abortion clinics because using them only raises the anger of the anti-choice activists and terrorists and that endangers both the employees and people who use the clinics for other purposes.

God forbid that we should EVER anger evil people - they'll only take it out on their hostages!!

20. What about perishables?
Stuff that should be in a refrigerator or freezer.

It sits out for hours and then gets put back. Then grandma buys it, eats it, and dies from food poisoning.

31. Holy Cow
What are you people talking about.

Fill all the carts you want.

Leave them anywhere you want.

Do you actually think the people that work in the Wal-Mart ivory tower care that their workers have to put merchandise back on the shelves?

Delusional.

And LoZoccolo, this post of yours, to me, is just plain......let's just say it is less than genius.
