Current Rush, Hanity and Oreilly rating?

Over the last months someone was posting the ever sinking ratings for Rush, Hanity and Oreilly. But nothing of late.

Are their ratings getting better?

Have I just missed the good news..if there is any?

Any new info?

1. Here's The TV Numbers...
http://mediabistro.com/tvnewser /

It's program ranker time. Bill O'Reilly is way ahead of the pack, averaging 2.67 million viewers in October. H&C is #2, Greta is #3, Shep is #4 and Hume is #5. Larry King came in sixth place with 1.13 million. The new Dayside is still near the bottom of the FNC list, with 893,000 viewers.

Paula Zahn was CNN's #2 show, with 824,000 viewers. Aaron Brown and Anderson Cooper followed closely behind, with 813,000 at 10pm and 811,000 at 7pm. American Morning averaged 616,000. Nancy Grace's ratings have calmed down; she had 483,000 for the month.

Rita Cosby Live & Direct was the #1 program on MSNBC, with 382,000. Countdown with Keith Olbermann was #2 by a hair, with 381,000. Hardball was third. Check out all the data:

Alas, Faux's numbers are as strong as ever...but on the whole is a small portion of those watching TV...and more reflects on how poorly CNN and MSNBC are doing as their audiences continue to dwindle.

Rushbo is another story. You have to be a bit of a detective to get his radio numbers...or have access to Arbitron Maximizer...which breaks out the specific station and time of day.

Here's where you can find all the radio numbers...and the interesting note there is how AAR stations are doing well and slowly growing...not a bad thing during a time when radio's overall ratings, listners and revenues are at all-time lows.

6. I Don't Say...The Ratings Do...
Yep, notice they didn't have Joey Scarborough's numbers in this latest tally...or Bowtie Boy.

The 9:00pm (8:00 Central) hour is death valley. Between Cosby & Grace I it's a draw as to who is more obnoxious and iritating...on CNN it's Larry King Dead (if it's a corpse or gonna be one, Larry's got the exclusive) and then Insannity and strawman on Faux. Thank goodness for PBS and History Channel International (not the regular one)

7. AAR Is Not Doing Too Bad In Some Markets
It all depends on the station signal and owner. Clear Channel has done a lot to promote their AAR stations...including Miami, Portland, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Diego and Denver.

The better comparison to measure AAR's progress is to rate it against the Salem Broadcast stations...those are the real wingnut operations...with Laura Ingraham, Hugh Hewitt, Savage and other goons. AAR has done very well against those hate mongers...and usually on weaker signals.
