That's it.....I'm done with politics!!!!!.....
how in the hell could issues 2-5 fail in Ohio , I'm done I'm tired of fighting a uphill battle where no one helps, every one lets it up to the other guy to do it, well guess what we can't do it alone. I know so many people bitching about bush and politics as usual then won't get off their dead asses and vote, so now you get what you deserve!!!!!!!!!!! fuck it all!

4. Initiatives are the hardest.

Ballot questions are the most excruciating, trickiest, and treacherous campaigns to work. Take it easy on yourself for a bit.

6. so what you're saying is you want to quit politics and activism because of
apathy. Do you hear yourself?

I understand your frustration for damn sure but please don't give up. Thats what "they" want; more apathy, more corruption, more fascism!

Take a deep breath and get some rest. Then after some sufficient time get more involved and spread the word:

Paper ballots NOW!!!
Hand counts NOW!!!

7. these people are stupid. they are advocating torture for god sake
and discriminating against a group of people in state constitutions. and people are fuckin buying it. the most outrageous and non believable liars, and people are allowing it. at a certain point you have got to say, i give. if they dont believe with all this shit, when will they ever get to believing.

8. Hang in there Madmom...
we lost some tonight, but we WON some too. We were never going to be able to rest on our laurels this soon, we are simply mobilizing for the big struggles ahead. But the message is clear, rethugs and DINOs be warned!

9. To be honest..
I kind of expected that from Ohio, because of the whole 2004 thing. It really just goes to PROVE it was stolen, in a really depressing way..because if it really was NOT stolen, these people would not feel as if their vote did not matter. See what I mean?

13. I'm in California and I feel the opposite. I am soooo happy with the
outcome of our local elections. Ohio ..... well I guess you are still living amongst the waking dead. maybe they will wake up next year?

PS, I'm sorry you have to live next door to such idiots. It would be VERY frustrating to me as well
