Is the Big Dick (Cheney) into torture for fun and profit?

We already know that Big Dick has made a bundle (via Halliburton) from this "war against terrorism." But does torture give him some kind of perverse pleasure?

Junior mouthed words to the effect that we don't believe in or practice torture. But any sane person knows that this incredible asshole has no clue as to the meaning of words.

Cheney, on the other hand, is fighting fang and claw against any
anti-torture legislation that may come out of the senate. Why would any sane, rational human being fight against this?

I don't have a clue as to what goes on in the head of this hollow, despicable creature named Cheney.
