1. He gets to pick his own judge, which is nice for him...
I guess if I get into trouble with the law, then I can refuse the judge if he is a republican.

2. Bugman has already been able to pick his own judge and
jurisdiction. I sure couldn't do that even for a parking ticket, could you?

3. Actually, I might be able to...I'm pretty close friends with several judge
and the DA here. :D

But I wouldn't consider putting them in a position to compromise their principles unless I were to get into big trouble wrongfully. I mean like if I got accused of something serious I didn't do (never been arrested in my life so far) ;-)
