3. I've lived in Oaktown since 1969

So, I remember the great teams of the 70's, plus some other great teams and players. We're struggling now, but we'll be back.

4. I'm making some life changes

I may end up in Oakland or Rockridge myself--if I don't go to Vancouver or Palm Springs for a job. I missed out on how pleasant it is there because I bought into the "I'm so wonderful" San Francisco publicity. Not that it isn't great--it's just that there's more to life than San Francisco.

PS: Thanks for the tip about the front page. There's quite a wealth of information today, that's for sure. I tend to stay informed by looking at the home page of DU.
