It would make little sense for Fitzgerald to go to trial on this Indictment, for several reasons: (A) The perjury charges are charged in a very unorthodox manner."

1. The entire discussion is well worth the read!

I've worked with many atty's in my life, and I'm quite familiar with many legal manuvers, but I'm not a lawyer and wouldn't have had the background to recognize what the posters there did.

I recognize they are also speculating, but they are in a much better position to speculate than we are!

It looks like we'll find out what's real pretty soon.
