a clip of Abazadi (sp?) saying "guerilla war". Abizaid. just saw it flashed at the bottom. What a heart-rending image.

6. Hold it this is critical
The media showing a dead soldier is a critical juncture in the
coverage, keep this up and the people will turn even faster.

Mr. Rove must be having conniptions.

Thanks for the report, me watching the well of the Senate.

7. Now maybe people will understand why I cried the day we started this crap
I had people saying I just didn't get it because I was so stressed and moved to tears the day the bombings started. I was so sick of what we were doing and scared for all those who are living and dying in the hell over there.

NOW they can see this on TV and let's see if they still believe I was being nuts.

GOD DAMNIT THIS PISSES ME OFF

11. You have my sympathy
The day the war started I was having dinner at a restaurant with a group of people I had never met before. They started cheering when someone called and gave us the word. I stood up and I let them have it. I told them my husband had been a Navy fighter pilot in Korea and that I had lots of relatives in the military and that war was no laughing matter. Boy, I was MAD! Then I stomped off, found the waiter, and paid my check. My husband returned from the restroom while I was paying the bill. He had to go to the table and get his coat. The people there asked, "Was she mad?" He told them, "You'd better believe it." I hope that they have had reason to think about what I said since then, but I had already learned that they were really stupid about other matters as well.

13. Good for you!
If I live to be 100 I'll never understand the joy some people have over war. Boggles my mind.

10. How dare that "librul" media report the truth about...
soldiers dying in Iraq. On Faux "News" Channel, everything is dandy! America is great and the other 97% of the world is evil.

12. This is the first....
dead American body I have seen on the news, to my recollection.

This is definitely BIG.

You know how quickly public opinion changes when they see American dead. More pictures like these and more revelations of sexed-up intel and things are going to get ugly quickly.

And I say it's about damn time.

14. Remember those awful "shock and awe" parties?
I was sick then and I'm sick now - sick at heart.
I used to work with the Red Cross at Elmendorf AFB, as a civilian going onto the planes of wounded coming from Vietnam.War is no joke.
