Today was the Grand Jury's last day. Yet Rove is *still* in jeopardy? Does this mean that the GJ handed down an indictment against Rove, but will be withheld as long as Rove cooperates with Fitzgerald?

If not, then won't an indictment of Rove have to come from a new GJ?

1. There are several grand juries in place, just waiting for cases.

Fitzgerald just charges on of these juries to hear his evidence and vote on an indictment.

That's why Rove is not off the hook.
