"Praise Loudly, Blame Softly." New right-wing church slogan?

I just saw it on a right-wing church billboard. I was wondering if this theme is resonating in other right-wing churches too? I remember when the Mel Gibson Christ movie came out, all the right-wing churches seemed to have the same messages on their billboards, and I wondered if this "Blame Softly" theme is going to the new talking point?

"Liberals, Democrats, homosexuals, feminists, Islamists and anyone else who doesn't believe exactly as I believe. They should be blamed as loudly and as often as possible."

campaign.

Praise Republicans loudly for their wins, and be soft with your criticism when they make mistakes.
