Victoria Toensing on Hannity: Tinfoil Hat

She is more absurd than almost any FReeper I have ever heard. First, she thinks she knows what is an is not possible with this investigation because she helped draft the 1982 law. She insists that Ms. Plame-Wilson was not covert, etc., but she never says why she believes this.

But the capper was this: she starts on the FReeper line about Joe Wilson being part of a CIA effort to undermine chimpy's presidency. Seems, according to Toensing, Wilson was sent to Niger as show and that he is part of a concerted effort to try to expose the chimp and his administration as bad people; this is why he never had to sign a confidentiality agreement and why he was able to write a NY Times piece on the matter. And we know that Toensing has made ridiculous claims time and again about Wilson's incompetence, stupidity, etc.

Hannity, like the boob he is, lapped this up like it was ambrosia.

You see? It's all a left-wing conspiracy from deep within the deep cover of our national security apparatus. That's what the moonbats want you to believe.

This dynamic Republican duo practically injected themselves right into the heart of the Lewinsky scandal, and they were definitely playing footsy with Ken Starr.
