smearing Fitzgerald (wonkette)

here we go..

Smearing Fitzgerald
You know what makes total sense? If, as the subject of an investigation into smearing administration critics, you go out and smear the investigator. Because that doesn't make you seem like a vindictive little fuck or anything. And yet the Daily News reports that the White House has launched a "not-so-subtle campaign" against leak investigation special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald: "He's a vile, detestable, moralistic person with no heart and no conscience who believes he's been tapped by God to do very important things." Of course they're right. He acts like he wants to democratize the Middle East or something.

W pals bushwhack CIA leak prosecutor

2. Say again???? I'm sure I've heard that description before ...
"He's a vile, detestable, moralistic person with no heart and no conscience who believes he's been tapped by God to do very important things."

Whoever is being described here -- well, it just sounds so DAMNED FAMILIAR!!!!

13. John Kerry is my recollection also. Believe Cheney's wife said
those words, or words similar to them at a campaign rally with her husband. Made me sick that those words had such an impact on the imbeciles listening to her.

Just turn the truth on its head.

Anyway, it's good that he's leaving them twisting slowly in the wind. First this way... then that way.... Like poetry in motion.

3. I had to read this quote twice. I thought he was talking about Dubya.

"He's a vile, detestable, moralistic person with no heart and no conscience who believes he's been tapped by God to do very important things," one White House ally said, referring to special counsel Patrick Fitzgerald.

4. I know what's next too - If indictments - they will cry fowl because
the jury is 18/23 black and only 2% of blacks now support Dim Son. Forget due process and solemn oaths of juror responsiblity. They will be grasping at straws to blame someone. But I think their little blame game is over. Blaming others will only hurt them politically and they will dig a bigger whole.

And she looks, well, ... :loveya:

I guess I read her with perhaps a touch of my own bias. ;-)

9. You should have heard a smirking character called Fishman,
of Whitewater fame - or can a risible fiasco of a witch-hunt amount to infamy - on Channel 4 TV in the UK, this evening! Just transparently infantile and shameless....!
