11. I can't believe this move by DeGuerin...I actually met him in Houston a
few years ago, and he seemed like a decent guy. What a jerk! Judges now have to declare their party, and they are considered biased if they are of the WRONG Party? This is awful!

12. Judges in Texas are elected, and
run in party primaries, etc., except for the Supreme Court, which is ppointed by the governor.
