Tom Delay's Mugshot - Is this Harris County's standard issue?

Where is the booking identification information (i.e. date and log entry placard)?

This is the best photo I think I have ever seen of Tom. Is this special treatment of a VIP? Can anyone post a typical mugshot from the Harris County jail? Most of the subjects are in orange jumpsuits aren't they? With full booking placard emblazened across the top or bottom of the frame?

I want the Harris County Sheriff to do my campaign headshots.

6. who needs photoshop? It's obvious he has a glass eye, the other is drunk

bloodshot, and if he parts his hair any lower he'll be combing his ear over his head. Photoshopping can only make him look better.

I have not found arrest mug shots, but I assume that most of the pics in the "Most Wanted" are from arrest shots (not necessairly Harris County).

From those, they do NOT appear to include the placard on the photo, but until someone turns up another recent arrest mug shot, we can't wasy for sure.
