A judge will issue a bench warrant and marshalls will be dispatched forthwith to haul him in, probably in cuffs.

I think he'll show up voluntarily.

3. He'll probably turn himself in in some far flung West TX police station

in the dead of night.

He can be booked in any TX law enforcement facility, and I'm sure he is going to try to stay under the radar as much as possible.

Meanwhile, his criminal attorney is busy earning his fee, trying to throw all kinds of roadblocks in the path to justice for DeLay. His attorney wants to violate the secrecy of the grand jury, trolling for dirt on grand jurors or the prosecutor. Pigs. Hardly unexpected.

to law enforcement where he will be booked,finger-printed,mug shots,
