These seem to be ongoing criminal enterprises, and if you read stuff like CONFESSIONS OF AN ECONOMIC HITMAN, it's clear they profit from only slightly subtler scams in other countries besides Iraq.

1. I think forfeiture is justified for any malfeasance

If a person can be held responsible legally or financially for any wrong they commit, a corporation should be held to the same standard.

talking about a multi-billion $ corp with major political ties. However a corporate charter can be revoked by the State that issued it.
