| What is the biggest corporation to be dissolved or seized for forfeiture |
|
by the government?
Is there a reason Halliburton, Bechtel et al can't be seized under RICO?
These seem to be ongoing criminal enterprises, and if you read stuff like CONFESSIONS OF AN ECONOMIC HITMAN, it's clear they profit from only slightly subtler scams in other countries besides Iraq.

| 1. I think forfeiture is justified for any malfeasance |
|
If a person can be held responsible legally or financially for any wrong they commit, a corporation should be held to the same standard.

| 2. RICO has a pretty high standard to meet considering that you're |
|
talking about a multi-billion $ corp with major political ties. However a corporate charter can be revoked by the State that issued it.
