cut down. But, when we start, can we make sure that the few that are kept in office are competent and qualified to do their jobs?

Read a statistic earlier this week (sorry no link) that government has increased manyfold with this whitehouse. And as we all have witnessed, incompetency and lack of qualifications won't keep anyone from getting a highpaying guvment job with benefits! (EYE R appalying today!!!)

I guess the 'drowning' part will be done by WE THE PEOPLE when we rise up and take over the government from these sorry asses.
