1. Why, they're part of a massive global conspiracy...
along with the Bilderberg Group and the Trilateral Commission, to establish world government rule under the auspices of the Freemasons and the Illuminati! :tinfoilhat:

seriously, they're a think tank with a very impressive membership.

2. Here you go...
The Council on Foreign Relations (COFR) was established in 1921. It is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization with a current membership of 2,450. Membership is by invitation only through nomination by the membership committee and approval by the board of directors.

3. they're a think tank with a very impressive membership who ...
want to establish world government.

They are the think tank behind the Neocon movement.

They want to involve the US in "trade agreements" which are not merely about trade, but instead aim to set up a regional government in the same way that the EC gradually became the EU. Do some research on FTAA, regional Government, Security Perimeter
and you'll get the picture.

They want to use US military power to remake the world.

They are the puppet masters, shrub is the puppet.

What do they do? They use their impressive membership to influence public policy so that we the taxpayers foot the bill for the gradual subordination of our own government to a regional government, and eventually world government.

Oh, and they expose CIA operatives who dare cross them.
