| Will the Republicans hatred of science destroy the world? |
|
They hate evolution, they don't believe in global warming, and they are opposed to things like stem cell research. Now thanks to the global warming they are creating we are having record numbers of hurricanes and their intensity is greater than we have ever seen. Can we stop the Republicans before they destory our planet?

nay-sayers are never remembered.
The earth could not be flat forever and global warming cannot be denied forever.

The "fallacy" of Global Warming is sacrosanct among Republicans.
They're absolutely not going to accept that hurricanes are worsened by a phenomenon that they "know" to be false.

I said "what"??
"Yup, it happened before, its cyclic"
"But if it continues today...many people will suffer/die"
"God will find a way"
I was stunned...here was a semi rich dude, educated, comes to Hawaii yearly for vacations, and a cool aid drinker...

. . . insists that global warming is caused by increased solar activity, which if partly true. But won't even consider the greenhouse gas effect. These people are stupid on purpose.

They warp reality to fit their warped views. This is opposed to what normal people do, which is base their views on reality.

is that Global Warming may be real, but it isn't caused by humans, and certainly not by corporate irresponsibility or pollution.

is not the world. Stem cell research, for example, is continuing very nicely, thank you very much, elsewhere i.e. Canada, the UK, etc. Global warming is another story. North Americans HAVE TO stop using so much energy. We are just gluttons.
