All the President's Men 2005 Edition--Nigergate MUST READ
Justin Raimondo of Antiwar.com may be today's Woodward/Bernstein. His source at the Italian embassy says Fitzgerald is hunting the authors of the forged Niger uranium docs, and suggests who they might be (shameless kick to Latest page for hang a left's find from last night)

1. Thanks!
That was a great read, everybody should read it.

It seems this could be the case, lots of things pointing to it.

But would this mean Fitz's date in DC is to offer a small amount of indictments, and announce he will be extending the investigation?

Have people in the AIPAC case flipped? If they have it would seem that this will be the biggest story of any of our lives.

4. I still think the broader goal was not Plame but Brewster Jennings
They didn't just damage her career, they essentially put a major player in global terrorism out of business

9. You should have him ask Matt Drudge about this headline....
...from July 16, 2003 at The Drudge Report as part of his investigation:

"Vice President Cheney is telling House GOP leaders that Bush administration is getting ready to go on a public relations offensive in attempt to recast the debate on Niger and WMD, including bringing back Mary Matalin for spin control... Developing..."
(source: Drudge Report, July 16, 2003)

Keep in mind, this came out 2 days AFTER Novak's July 14, 2003 article in which he outed Valerie Plame.
