DeLays attorney represented Robert Durst who killed his neighbor, in self defense, then dismembered the body to make sure it didn't wake up and attack again, put the parts in plastic bags, threw them into galveston bay, and fled.

His attorney, Dick DeGuerin, the same one representing DeLay got him off but not before Durst asked the judge to allow him to fire DeGuerin for overcharging him $600,000 after he had paid $1.2 Million.

So, DeLay will pay out his nose, but he will get off.
