Guess who is designated the “Scapegoats?
Edited on Tue Oct-18-05 09:19 AM by The Whiskey Priest

The nation is an absolute economic disaster after a decade of Republican congressional rule and five years of absolute control of the government by the Republicans. With the buzzards are circling over the carcass of the national economy it is now time for the Republicans to find a scapegoat.

A reasonable person might be inclined to say, that the Republicans might be responsible, seeing how a lot of economic woes are a direct result of the political tradeoffs made by the party in power, Republican. Well, a reasonable person would be wrong, the designated scapegoats, according to the Republicans, are the poor and middle-class.

So to right the economic ship-of-state, the Republicans are hell-bent-for-leather in a rush to add more misery to those already swimming like hell to keep their heads above water. Of course, there is always a silver lining to every cloud and those with the most silver are increasingly basking in the glorious warmth of the Sun-king.

So, lift those bales and totes those barges……or something like that, just keep working is the point, because the Republicans are intent upon heaping a whole new pile of economic sacrifice upon your straining back, if you are lower or middle class that is……….

5. All the right would have to do to stop inflation is to accept a short
recession and that way - everyone fights inflation together. But no - they will not allow that - because recession stops the markets from roaring. And the elites will not have that. So they will continue to push lower wages and the like on workers .. all the while they sell off assets.
