Does Not Compute, Mr Luskin.
Compare this:

"At the request of the special counsel, Mr. Rove will not discuss the substance of his testimony," Luskin said.

http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=10000103&sid=aAzWxZmGU2Mo&refer=us

With this:

Mr. Luskin went on to say that the prosecutor "has indicated that he does not anticipate the need for Mr. Rove's further cooperation."

These sentences were spoken within the first moments of Rove's exit from the GJ.

Do they think people don't listen?

Peace.

1. That Is A Very Interesting Phrase, Sir
"...does not anticipate the need for Mr. Rove's further cooperation."

Co-operation is hardly expected from the indicted....

... I literally stood up from my desk and jumped up and down with joy ;)

'further cooperation' .... you betcha, NOT -- when all that boy is going to be trying to do is avoid prison, or worse ...

Peace.

3. Luskin is Rove's atty! Ignore what you hear from him now.
HIs job is to try to take pressure off his client.

If you remember back a little more than a week ago, when Judy left court, the media was reporting how glad Judy was to have all this behind her, and because of her deal with the prosecutor, she won't have to go back to the GJ. REALLY!!! Less than a week later, there she was, back with the GJ!

4. Oh, I know that. It's just that he failed miserably at doing precisely ...
.... what, as you correctly note, he should be doing -- 'taking the pressure off his client.'

Anyone listening to those two sentences knows his client is going to be his client for quite a long time -- unless, of course, Karl fires him.

Peace.

5. MSNBC reports Rove has not been notified
if he is a target. Um, does Rove actually need to be notified?
