A world once again free of fear propagated by people of power in the United States Government!

Hope that the Dem leaders get some balls!

A majority in the senate in 2006!

A majority in the house in 2006!

Release of Abu Ghraib photos so the American people can see how damaged we are, because of those in power who allowed and urged it to happen.

A media that once again starts reporting the news instead of shilling for the right wing!

I know that 500 posts only gets me half way there, but I want you all to know how grateful I am to be a part of the family here on DU!

Most of the time I am. Sometimes I do get a bit down when I hear

big news here on DU and not reported elsewhere, and no one I know has any idea what I am talking about. They look at me like I have three heads. But I trudge on hoping it will all come out in the end.

This Fitzgerald thing will be big and is bringing me much hope!

10. I went through that phase of trying to share info;

sadly, now I've lost a few friends as a result. There are some people who don't accept reality and/or don't want to talk about it. I got tired of arguing.
I think we're all waiting anxiously for whatever Fitz has to offer. I'm getting the feeling it's going to be a doozy!

13. Do you find yourself questioning yourself about how you really

feel about someone who has been a friend, when you find out that they don't give a damn about anything that is going on.

I find myself alienating myself from friends and family who do not find it as important as I do. My hubby will, thank god, let me talk about it with him.

At work I have to try real hard to not alienate people, but it gets more difficult each and everyday I know of their ignorance.
