I thought we were REBUILDING the country. But now we are bombing bridges to keep the insurgents from using them. But that means the Iraqis can't use them either. Is it just me or is this crazy?

6. This demonstrates the utter desperation of the US government
to stop the insurgency. And their complete failure to do so.

11. It's reconstruction, Bush style.

Never ask whether anything the Bush people authorize makes sense. They don't bother with it, all appearance of sense or nonsense is essentially accidental and unplanned for.
