Oil and gas...

This isn't totally a vanity post.

When Bush got elected, I was pissed and I moved my TSA to a "Canada Fund". I found out later the fund was heavy into Candian energy... mostly natural gas and oil shale.

The thing took off like a rocket and has done very well... until this week.

Went waaaaaay down. I'm still up 23%, but what I want to know is...

Why would an energy fund go down this week?

Any of you DU analysts got any ideas?

3. Hmmmm. Georgie just figured out that Canada has all of them

thar tar sands and so on... and, well, we just have to spread freedom and democracy to all the places on the planet... especially places that don't have our form of democracy yet and who happen to have a lot of oil.
