Katrina timeline...I have a question about mandatory evacs.

Does anyone have a link to a Katrina timeline that shows...from the point Max Mayfield made the calls warning people...to when the mandatory evac orders were given. I am specifically interested in the mandatory evac order that Nagin gave but also interested in the other Parishes.

Nagin's NOLA mandatory evacuation order was at 9:30, IIRC.

5. well, I know ONE thing:

I remember quite vividly
that Nagin called for mandatory evacuation right after Mayfield called him....and in this announcment (which I saw live on local TV)
he said specifically that it was Mayfields call that prompted him.
he said Mayfield 'scared the hell outta me'
