This latest "announcement", on a Monday, is so transparent it is laughable. Honestly, I didn't expect such a lame attempt to gain control of the news cycle. Given the media's bent in past days toward discussing the "Culture of Corruption", I really expected something "bigger" from the administration to distract them (us).

I can hear the WH conversation now...
