Over course we can't! We don't have the evidence, we don't have the witness statements, kind of hard to prove anything without those.

However the prosecutor did provide enough information to the grand jury that twelve men and women found enough "there" there in order to indict the man. American justice system at work friend.

will be several others that might be more to your liking and acceptance. DeLay is a scummy crook and there is plenty of evidence that will stick. If DeLay is into 'Quilty' then the problem may be even more serious than we originally thought.
