What did the CIA do to get Judith Miller to testify against the Bush?
You just know that a couple of "Spooks" infaltrated the prison and "Convinced" her to testify against the Bush Crime Family.

18. But, you do know the Agency pressured Bush to allow a grand jury?
Why would the Administration allow the empaneling of federal grand juries in the Plamegate case, the OSP-AIPAC spy case, and the Abramoff case, but not in the other -- strictly domestic -- political scandals?

The common element here is espionage connected to one or more foreign government, resulting in massive damage to US vital interests . The CIA, DIA and FBI will not, and cannot, allow that to go completely unpunished. Not even under BushCo.

Don't be so dismissive of "conspiracy theories", they're just another day at the office in the intelligence community.

12. Gosh! I wonder what HE had to say?
I'm sure they have it all tied up for one guy to take the fall so as to protect Bolton and Cheney. Libby is probably going down...to a country club prison with girls in grass skirts and 24 hour Mai-Tais.

4. she thought the grand jury would be unable to renew the
investigation and that she would be done at the end of October. When she found out that they could have kept her there for an additional two years she bolted.

Here's me tinfoil theory though:

Cheney's office was able to confirm that they had secured every bit of evidence to point at Libby acting alone, and had gotten Libby to agree to a secret Cayman Islands retirement account and a reduced sentence if he takes the rap without squealing.

5. Hmmm, CIA? I think that Cheney is less healthy and can't finish
the job as Vice Pres. Maybe he is planning on being the fall guy so that he can retire early and be replaced by someone they can run in 2008.

OK, it's a stretch...

6. Judy got scared. Here from the Washington post:
""Fitzgerald has made it clear for more than a year that Miller was the main obstacle to completing the case, and that he was prepared to exert pressure on her to testify. People involved in the case said they began to hear earlier this week that Miller was looking for a way out of jail.

In recent weeks, people close to Miller said her attorneys grew anxious that Fitzgerald would extend her time behind bars. Fitzgerald has the authority to extend the grand jury investigating possible leaks for another 18 months, and he could ask the judge to hold Miller in jail for another six months, lawyers familiar with the case said.

Miller's role had been one of the great mysteries in the leak probe. It is unclear why she emerged as a central figure in the probe despite never having written a story about the case."

since she would be staying a bit longer than she originally estimated ;)

Martha Makeovers for the GOP Cell Block.... there's a TV series in that!
Ms Stewart might enjoy giving some payback, oh so sweetly.

27. Miller is in a world of hurt
remember she said she feared for her life when she went into the slammer.. Bolton and his pal Fietz (who was double dealing with both the CIA and with the Bolton's rogue intel unit) are ones that I'm pretty sure leaked to Miller, Libby was just following orders from Cheney..

This is going to get really stinky and complicated, that's why I spent the last month finishing up my Rove's War double set DVD.. it's 2 and a half hours of total info, a chronology, side trips such as the meeting in Rome with Leeden, Karl Rove’s foreign policy advisor and organizer of the meeting..

Nicolo Pollari, head of the the Italian equivalent of the CIA, the SISMI

Italy’s Minister of Defense, Antonio Martino (no relation apparently to the spy Rocco Martino), Pollari’s boss

Larry Franklin, an American who presently is being prosecuted in the US for giving classified information to an Israeli front group, AIPC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) -- which some would call "spying," even though he has not been charged with espionage

Harold Rhode: member of Dick Cheney’s Office of Special Plans, protege of Ledeen, go-between with Iraqi exile and CIA asset (at the time) Ahmed Chalabi.

Ledeen already had a longstanding friendship with Francesco Pazienza, an Italian felon and forger...

Plus lots of soundbites from Comedy Central's daily show, fun graphics and I wrote and performed a song for the end called "Secret Agent Plame" (like the old song "Secret Agent Man") for fun..

I plan to have it done over the weekend and start shipping - for all those who donated, I apologise for the delay, but I wanted to get it ALL in the film, and also have been to the emergency room twice this month, been really sick, but getting better..

especially with all this GREAT news!
