In response to the 71% of Americans that (according to Gallop) gave high marks to *'s handling of hurricane Rita, I have the following to say.

All you have to do to come up with 71% approval for handling Rita is to word the question like this;

"Compared to his handling of Hurricane Katrina, did the pretzledent do a good job handling Hurricane Rita?"

Once again, Bush gets away with being incompetent because the standards for competency have been lowered.

He's the only pretzledent that I can remember that is "graded on the curve".
