If you think it was anything other than the media, you haven't been paying attention.

If Fox can get 65% of its viewers to believe lies, the media had no problem getting 55% of CAians to vote NO and 50% to vote for Schwarz.

Two separate parts of the ballot.
One part said Yes or No on Recall - Gray Davis will end up with about 47-48%.

Part Two was Ahnuld & the Gang...Trust me, when ALL of the votes are counted, there is no way that Ahnuld got anywhere near 35% of the votes in this state....and Gray Davis will have been voted out with about 47 - 48% of the vote in his favor.

(Actually, based on turnout today, he will have probably had more votes to keep him tonight than were cast in his favor last November. Ironic, no?)
