2. That would be sweet if Delay got indicted
But I'm not holding my breath. He's a slimy weasel, and has found a way out it so far.

6. It's very likely that he will be indicted today

The grand jury's term is up today (although it could get extended). The conventional wisdom before is that DeLay would get off on purely jurisdictional grounds, but now the GJ's jurisdiction has been widened to include considering conspiracy charges, and there is ample evidence that DeLay was part of the conspiracy.

I've been heavily involved with a Houston, Texas "money group" for 3 years trying to drag DeLay down and members of the Bush Texas Family Mafia.

8. This looks like an "embargo until (time)" situation
To me it looks like the authorities have already issued press releases about the indictment with an "embargo until" line at the top. In other words, they'll give AP the press release in advance in exchange for AP's agreement not to publish the story until the time listed in the embargo line, which probably is the time scheduled for a press conference or conference call with media.

By issuing the chronology sidebar the AP isn't violating the terms of the embargo but is giving news outlets around the country the opportunity to reserve space for the news copy in their page layouts.
