Brown needs to be charged with Criminal Negligent Homicide.
That arrogant pustule was getting paid to care for those people. He let them die.

Maybe 20 years or so in jail will wipe the fucking grin off his face.

2. YES! I totally agree...
he should be charged with neglegent homicide, second degree murder or aiding and abetting a homicide.

3. I have been calling for that since the week of the disaster
FEMA's lack of response is responsible for countless deaths in NOLA following the Hurricane

5. After his response in front of the committee.
Blaming everyone, taking no reponsibility and lying outright I think there is more than ample evidence that he is personally responsible and more than enough has come out of his mouth to indict him.

For starters.

4. I guess the Supreme Courts in
the affected states have the authority, if they so choose.

As all these scumbags float to the surface, I can't help but think once again that if Martha Stewart and Judith Miller can be thrown in the slammer for bloodless "crimes," Brownie and his fellow cronies deserve a long stretch at the Graybar Hotel.
