Its helping me keep hope. I would just love to drive up to Arnold right now and start singing "We Will Rock You!" Remember, we CAN win, and we WILL. It may not be today, but we WILL win. No one would have thought that the Soviet Army would have been able to halt Operation Barbarossa in the winter of 1941, but they did. No one would have thought that the US would beat the Japanese Navy. No one would have thought that the British would have been able to hold off the Blitz. Think of it this way, if Arnold wins, we have him RIGHT WHERE WE WANT HIM!!! He will be playing on OUR turf, by OUR rules. He won't win in the long run. France may fall, that doesn't mean the war is lost. He may win the governor's mansion, although I hope that he won't, but that DOES NOT mean BY A LONG SHOT that the GOP has California. He will be facing more trouble in that position that he wants so badly then anyone would want. Think about it, a large, organized chunk of the population that HATES him, a legislature that wants him to fuck up royally and boot him out, and a staff of elected officials who don't want or like him. He may win this skirimish, although I hope that he doesn't, but he WILL lose the battle for California. I bet you a month from now we will be hearing about a SECOND California Recall to boot him out if he gets in somehow. I know that the Cali recall will happen again if Ahnuld wins because I will be doing everything I can to get sigs to support putting together a special election, along with hard-core protests.
