| Nobel Prize Winner Predictions? |
|
Since the International community thinks so highly of the regime in our White House, do you think they'll stick it in their eye by with this years selection? Or considering the state of things, will they pass entirely on a selection this year?

I don't think they will choose anyone for the Nobel Peace Prize this year...haven't they done that before?

Letsee...
There was no award in 1972...Willy Brandt won in '71 and Kissinger/Le Doc Tho in '73.
Also there were the years during WWI & WWII (except 1917 & 1944 IRC for their wartime work) where none was awarded.
I think there are many years where there is no one newsworthy so there's a "backlog" of NGOs that fill in things (Doctors Without Borders ('99))...maybe Green Peace will get recognized. That'd frost the Chickenhawks "wings" a bit.
