Where is the order of the candidates on the CA Recall Ballot?

1. Varies by precinct, afaik. (on edit: or county. I'm not sure)

Bustamante was second.

4. The order varies from precinct to precint or by county. Multiple ballots.

It was determined by a lottery type system about two months ago.
