Stabenow on WJ CSPAN--It's not about blame...
She kept saying this, but I disagree. Addressing the response to Katrina is sadly drifting to the same conclusion as the 9/11 investigation. Not interested in assessing accountability, a whitewash is in the making. The 9/11 Commmission Whitewash contributed to the response to Katrina. Change occurs when you afix accountability. Right now the chairs on the deck are just being moved around--mostly the same players, with the same interests, using the same resources.

I blame * and Congress for their preoccupation with gaming elections to the exclusion of doing the jobs they are elected to do.

1. I have grown to hate Stabenow ...
I worked on her her campaign ... I will vote for her again, as I do not want to see a RW'inger take her seat ... With that said, Stabenow's stand on many issues have angered me (raising to the level of sickened and disgusted me).
