Of course, I would say that chomping cake with McCain, enjoying the 400 thread count sheets at Hotel del Coronado and strumming guitar with Mark Wills would constitute "down time", and all those happened AFTER Katrina struck, so I don't get the press reference here.

Can someone plese explain to me all the "hard wurk" this shithead has done?

He had to fly over all them poor wet colored people. Then he had to find out they were starving and dehydrating, too...and needed a DVD to show that. Then he had to fly alllll the way to do alll those photo-ops. Pretending to be in control and staying as far away from any real suffering people or that didn't have some sort of military backdrop nearby.

Next he runs to the U.N. and can't even keep his diapers dry. He symbolizes the downfall in prestige of this country in the world community.

He finally flies in for a Disney at Night TV special...making the lights go on and off in the city...then vanishes again.

A true crisis manager would not be sitting back at this point. The evacuation and recovery phase is far from complete. But this boy never was in control, never will be...he is in reaction mode and best he stay outta sight.
