I've got it, by George! Smirky's numbers are so far down in the crapper that it will take a herculian effort on the part of Rove and Cheney to revive him but that never stopped them before. Here's the plan .....


Tonight while Doofus is talking, MP's will drag out Saddam in an orange jump suit and shackles and sit him down behind the Commander-in-Thief in full camera view. Naturally there will be American flags in abundance everywhere you look. At some point during the address he will call a fireman up to the podium and Smirky will put his arm around his shoulder. They will show footage of Boosh rescuing a puppy and patting little black kids on the head. And he will use the phrase "hard work" at least eighteen times.


At the end of the address there will be the announcement ......
