3. Not if New Orleans is transformed into up-scale condominiums
....luxuary resort hotels, gaming casinos and a Disneyfied Dixieland. City planners of new Orleans have wanted to move lower income, underclasses out of the center city and replace with a higher tax base businesses and luxury residential living quarters for decades.

This is a neo-con/real estate developers' wet dream!

4. I am in Miami right now on biz. Developers have trashed this town.
Overbuilt areas everywhere. No regard for any city planning. Dense clusters of ugly as hell hi-rises. I have no doubt many are shoddy and suspect. Can't imagine what will happen in the next hurricane.
