An argument could be made for each. Many people feel that the party message isn't defined enough and others feel that the current message needs to be redefined.
There are over 76,000 members, even if you discount the freepers and basic trolls that's a rather large number of potential voters and rather vocal and intelligent ones at that. B-)
IMO smart Democratic politicians should at least lurk here to get the REAL pulse of their base as well as REAL information they could USE... of course it wouldn't surprise me if some already do. :hi:
11. I don't believe the party is becoming more defined
In fact it continues to try to find tactics rather than settling down to a vision or a plan. Perhaps we are lending strength to finding our cause but they don't seem to be taking to it as yet.
The fact that there are some paranoid views or wacky ideas does not distract from the fact that it puts together a lot of different people who represent a fairly broad cross section. That has to help. Just how much, time will tell.
