So * made another entrance on a ship...
I was busy with other stuff yesterday evening and just went straight to bed when I got home. This morning I turn on the teevee and, lo and behold, there's * on another ship strutting and preening. Needless to say, my spouse and I looked at each other and rolled our eyes. I couldn't help but notice that the helicopter was labelled with the title "President of the United States". I don't recall that being present before, just the seal of the office.

3. at least it says president "of the United States".
Edited on Mon Sep-12-05 03:53 AM by neweurope
When Condoliar Rice arrived in Europe she came in a plane with "foreign ministry" or is it "Secretary of State" (? English isn't my language) on it. Not "of the US". I felt insulted. She isn't (yet) MY minister.

7. people who are nobodies have to give themselves titles and honors that
do not really belong to them. * knows he is a nobody. a man with very little or NO self inside of him. he must fill that vacuous place with all the crap that he can find around. titles, flags, ships, helicopters. he thinks they make him look powerful. to himself it might feel like he is powerful--unless and until he is made to look at truth in the face. the truth is always there. staring him in the face. ready to hit him. he doesn't want to look at it.

puking bastard that he is!

8. So much for spending the night in the hurricane-ravaged city.
President Bush walks from the White House in Washington to board his helicopter for the short flight to Andrews Air Force Base and then on to New Orleans where he will pend the night in the hurricane-ravaged city, Sunday, Sept. 11, 2005. On Monday, he plans to tour Gulfport, Miss. (AP Photo/J. Scott Applewhite)

The Iwo Jima where he spent the night is docked by the Convention Center. Wonder if the tortured spirits who endured that hell haunted his dreams? Yeah, never mind. we all know the answer to that one.
