I'm collecting: post the examples of projection you've heard

I've hard a lot of projection in the last few years, and wanted to put them together in a post. Post your examples here. I'll start:

Regarding the calls for an independent investigation into FEMA/Katrina, and how some democrats/progressive groups (eg Red Cross) may be involved in the failures, the geniuses at Powerline said "The Democrats may need to re-think their calls for an investigation."

1. Yeah... blame it on the Salvation Army

2. there will be a "indepedent" congressional investigation

Which will be a whitewash like the 9/11 commission. They will produce a 1500 page document which will not be read or acted on. The report will come out in late November 2006 - after the midterms. Freeps will say "proves" they are right wihout actually citing anything in it. No heads will fall, nothing will change.

3. They called kerry a coward. They call Hillary cold. They call

Katrina victims "irresponsible".

They call Dems "blame gaming" when they attack the local response.

They call Nancy Pilosi "ill-informed & not catching the meaning of Bush's words" when he said 'what went wrong'.

They call victims "criminals".

They call the Gov. of Louisiana "a cry baby...for crying on the phone when the Fema response was terrible & people were dying".

Daddy Bush on Larry King trying to shift the blame from junior: "But you know the media has a fascination, Larry, and you know this, I'm not saying you but the media has a fascination with the blame game and instead of looking for what can we do to help now there's a lot of why didn't we do something different?"
