This is an utter failure and supposedly the full resources of the federal gov't have been marshlled?

George Bush can spin this all he wants but leaving dead bodies in the streets of NO this long is a national disgrace and I am ashamed of my country right now. Beyond ashamed. I despair of my country

I urge anyone that comes into contact with a federal official to pick up the chant that began today
