Someone needs to draw one with a republican talking point hurricane spinning at a news desk, and the anchor in the middle saying something to the effect of "we have to wait for authorization before we can do anything about it."

Think the real problem Bush had in coming to grips with this storm was hearing someone from the hurricane forecast center say that it was "evolving" in the days prior to hitting NO. Everyone knows that is only a "theory" and intelligent design would make it miss any major cities and only affect the "right/wrong" folks.
